"I enjoy this program a few times each week. Suzanne Deason is great. This particular DVD offers a good range of poses (and not a single down-ward facing dog!!). I especially like the feature that lets me choose which level I prefer. Very helpful!"

"This CD was recommended to me by my Yoga instructor as I would not be able to attend her class for awhile & did not want to loose what I had gained. She lent me her copy of this CD & after a couple of weeks ordered my own. Do it 5 to 6 times a week. So great!!"

"I was hoping this dvd would be more heart-rate elevating than it was (since it is for weight loss). However, after doing it a couple of times, I really feel it is beneficial, especially for the beginner. I was not a beginner, so I think it was a little too easy. But I do it in the mornings and it is a great energizer for the rest of the day. It is very balalncing. I think it is actually doing more for weight loss than I originally thought it would do!"

"It is a wonderful alternative to aerobic and weight training DVDs. You truly do lose weight if done regularly. I am a preventive medicine specialist and I recommend this video to many of my patients who are seeking weight loss advice. I also recommend the website as a wellness site for them to explore other videos they may enjoy!"

"A while back I joined Weight Watchers and needed a way to get active and lose weight. I am not a fan of gyms, so I turned to my living room. This was the first weight loss DVD I purchased and I love it. All you need is a mat and about 45 minutes, or just do the warm up or relaxation sections, and you can choose your difficulty level. I also really love Suzanne Deason's instruction style. I have her Pilates conditioning for weight loss as well, they make a great pair of DVDs. Doesn't feel like a hokey workout video, and I haven't gotten burned out on the routine. Excellent purchase."

Yoda Conditioning FOR EVERYONE! Date: July 7, 2008
"As a person afflicted with Fibromyalgia, it is difficult to exercise. As a result, I'd become stiff, stiff, stiff and flabbly. The problem: find a program which would not overstress my muscles and cause MORE pain..a problem that had gone unsolved until I found Yoga Conditioning for Weigt Loss!! Great warm up segment which truly helps prepare my muscles for the active segment. The active segment indeed increases strength and flexibility and finally, the closing segment is an awesome cool-down which I ReAALY need! THE BEST PART: This DVD includes 4 different levels of difficulty, so when I have a bad day, I can do the easiest level. An on my best days, I TRY to do the most difficult. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a program that honesty WORKS!!"
