"I enjoy this program a few times each week. Suzanne Deason is great. This particular DVD offers a good range of poses (and not a single down-ward facing dog!!). I especially like the feature that lets me choose which level I prefer. Very helpful!"

"Doing this conditioning routine every morning calms me for the entire day and sets me on the right track mentally and physically. I feel so relaxed afterwards and can feel the difference in my breathing and my body for the rest of the day."

"This CD was recommended to me by my Yoga instructor as I would not be able to attend her class for awhile & did not want to loose what I had gained. She lent me her copy of this CD & after a couple of weeks ordered my own. Do it 5 to 6 times a week. So great!!"

"I was hoping this dvd would be more heart-rate elevating than it was (since it is for weight loss). However, after doing it a couple of times, I really feel it is beneficial, especially for the beginner. I was not a beginner, so I think it was a little too easy. But I do it in the mornings and it is a great energizer for the rest of the day. It is very balalncing. I think it is actually doing more for weight loss than I originally thought it would do!"

"It is a wonderful alternative to aerobic and weight training DVDs. You truly do lose weight if done regularly. I am a preventive medicine specialist and I recommend this video to many of my patients who are seeking weight loss advice. I also recommend the website as a wellness site for them to explore other videos they may enjoy!"
