"This is my first exercise ball, and I love it! The color is great (fern), and I am enjoying using it to stretch my back and exercise my abdomen. The only thing I didn't think about is that it looks like a big ball to my dogs, and I have to keep it up high on a table or in the closet so they won't puncture it."

"It's a great Ball - very attractive and fun to use. I really like the DVD that comes with it that shows gentle stretches and routines to do on the ball. on the down side:The hand pump seems worthless (and is wasteful - ends up in the landfill right away) - it does require a real pump to blow up. I bought two of these balls- one for my friend, and the second one seemed harder to get fully inflated with my air mattress pump, so they do require a really strong pump - probably a bicycle pump would work well. Very fun once fully filled! Great back stretches. Amazing price on sale."

"This ball was a great purchase and just what I needed. It's a pretty color (fern), good quality, and the right size. I bought it to use in labor (was very useful), and have been using it nearly every day to bounce my baby boy. I plan to use it for exercising, too. We have two other balls of different sizes we've used for exercising and this one is as good or better. Can't beat the value for the sale price!"
