"I just love these yoga balls. I watched the DVD and followed along a few times, but mostly I just use the two smaller grey balls. Right before bedtime, I lie on my back on the floor and start with the balls on either side of my spine at the tailbone. Then I move up the spine all the way to half-way up my head. It feels just like a massage and then I go to bed. It's great and doesn't take a lot of time. I also use them for my hips when they're giving me trouble. They truly are heavenly balls."

"We purchased this because at work my husband spends all day on his feet on a concrete floor. So, his feet and back hurt alot. He felt relief right away while doing the dvd for the first time. We use this about 4 times a week. You only have to watch the dvd once if you want. Its more like a how to use the balls right so you can use them w/out the dvd. Its worth the small price we paid!"

Wonderful Tools for Pain Reduction! Date: May 22, 2009
"I love, love, LOVE these things! As a massage therapist I often suggest that clients use these in their self care routines. Not only are they helpful in yoga, but also in relieving muscular aches and pain when accompanied by breath work and slow self massage. I use these on myself on a regular basis to help my own muscle tension due to the nature of my work. Totally worth every penny!"

"This Yoga Systems is probably one of the best I have tried from Gaiam. It is like a self massage and really releases the tension in the abdomen, neck, shoulders, and pectorials. Only reason it was not given a 5 star rating because the DVD was scratched when I opened the case. Besides that I am a happy customer"
