It's The Best!
Date: November 19, 2009
"My husband bought me this item last Christmas and I absolutely love it. I lie on it for just a couple of minutes and can feel (and hear) my back adjust using my own body weight. My back feels so much better after spending a few minutes lying on the Backwave II."

Great stretch!
Date: October 23, 2009
"After sitting at a desk all day the backwave is a welcome relief. It gives a great stretch and usually cracks my back. It definitely helps with back pain and has proved to be a good purchase."

"sometimes all i can think about is how much i want to slowly lay down over my BackWave and let my spine stretch out over it. Excellent, natural relief for spinal compression."

Really helpful
Date: September 19, 2009
"I own a farm where I do lots of manual labor especially with my upper body. So much of the time, my arms are over-used in front of my rib cage. This device gently opens up my upper torso which gives me such a sense of relaxation and renewal. I've looked at this device for years and am so glad that I finally made the plunge."

Easy Back Stretcher
Date: June 14, 2009
"This product is very sturdy and well constructed. It helps stretching out my back using a passive resistance from my own body weight so it is gentle and effective. You can move up and down the device to get it on the right spot on your spine. This is great for home since it does not take much room to store and is reasonably priced."

Simple but it works
Date: May 21, 2009
"I have had this for awhile now, and it really is a solidly constructed item that works wonders if you give it a chance. My problem is that I am impatient and in order for the more subtle openings to occur in my back it takes time and consistent use of the Backwave. That said however, if you do have those qualities, this is really a great stretching tool. Once you get the hang of it, its amazing how even the smallest shift in position opens a whole new area of the back"

Simple, Effective and Not Expensive

"I have a larger back stretching device from Gaiam as well but got this as a more gentle and space friendly device. It is solidly made and does a great job of simply giving you an arch to stretch out on."
