"The leg weights are great and well balanced. I feel much less strain on my knees than I do with ankle weights. NOTE: CHOOSE SIZES BASED ON THE LARGEST PART OF YOUR CALF. Here's the chart: 11.5 - 13" Small 13 - 14.5" Medium 14.5 - 16" Large 16 - 18 X-Large"
