"an added bonus to ANY workout..I bring it to the gym with me..I use it in yoga at times..but, most of all i use it to whipe down my poles and myself during instructing my "inner vixen workout' classes using poles/exotic dance and yoga/pilates to motivate and excersize every muscle group in their bodies...."

"I bought this towel due to its low cost and it has proven to be quite effective for the money. I may splurge a bit on my next towel to include some grip but it's not necessary. The towel is super absorbent and thin. It is perfectly adequate."

"I bought this version of the thirsty yoga towel to save money, since the silicone-backed ones can be expensive. The towel is very absorbent, but I find that my hands slip quite a bit - that makes me nervous, and I spend a lot of time fooling around with it in class depending on the postures we're doing. I would prefer if the texture was a little tacky to prevent slipping..."
