"This trampoline is REALLY fun. But spare yourself (and GAIAM) the mistake I made, sending it back and having it re-shipped because the hardware did not match the lists or pictures in the assembly instructions. In fact, all the hardware was there, but was already mounted and hidden, which was different than the instructions. I feel like a goof, but it has not diminished my enjoyment of happily bouncing away on the trampoline!"

"This is a terrific workout system--I've been using it for 4 years. The DVD that comes with it is great, and it never gets old. It's like having a personal trainer right there with you. They offer options to take things at your own speed, or follow along. The ease of having this product in your home makes it very convenient. Total cardio workout lasts for 32 minutes, perfect for when you can't get to the gym. Only downside is that the trampoline springs last for about 2.5 yrs, then tend to give way (slowly one by one, so you *don't* find yourself on the floor!!). Gaim is excellent about offering replacement. Their customer service is top notch."

"Lots of fun bouncing on this puppy! Great workout too, you'll bust a good sweat. I really like the weight portion of the workout on the DVD. You can't do some of the stretches post-workout on the trampoline though, not a big enough diameter surface. My only criticism is the digital timer that is included, it doesn't track that well, and having it mounted on the outer rim of the trampoline itself is a disaster waiting to occur. My second workout I kicked it rather hard and that was the end of it. It would be a better design if it were placed so the timer box were mounted on the hand railing."
