"I've had balance balls in the past and never used them. I use this balance ball because everything comes with it for a complete workout! The video is great and I love how it targets different areas of the body, a whole workout in one. I am 5'2" but will be getting another ball that is one size up. I feel a bigger sized ball will fit my body better for certain exercises. I got the smallest sized ball and will also purchase the medium ball."

"What a terrific addition to our home fitness routine! Easy to inflate and use. Great price. Love the video that came with it. Now, I just need to get my teenage daughter off of it so I can use it once in a while."

"I thought this dvd was great. You can do the whole thing or its also seperated into target zones. It comes with a resitance band and ball that work your muscles while your abs are tight . And your heart rate WILL go up so as a bonus you get in your cardio.

Tanja is the best instuctor ever!!!! She keeps it fun and upbeat and, she has a great personality. I also have another one of her workouts thats great! I can't wait to see more from her!!!"
