"I've had balance balls in the past and never used them. I use this balance ball because everything comes with it for a complete workout! The video is great and I love how it targets different areas of the body, a whole workout in one. I am 5'2" but will be getting another ball that is one size up. I feel a bigger sized ball will fit my body better for certain exercises. I got the smallest sized ball and will also purchase the medium ball."

What size to purchase?

"I have used and enjoyed BalanceBalls for several years, usually the middle-size (65 cm) ball. However, being a little under 5'4", I purchased the small, 55 cm ball, per Gaiam's guidelines. It feels rather small and I regret I did not buy the 65 cm ball. Otherwise, I recommend the item heartily."

"What a terrific addition to our home fitness routine! Easy to inflate and use. Great price. Love the video that came with it. Now, I just need to get my teenage daughter off of it so I can use it once in a while."
