"I got this as a birthday gift for my sister who has been doing yoga for about a year. "I purchased these as a gift and for myself, they proved to help with my walking issues, however one developed holes immediately on the bottom. They are a must for me to wear with the yoga slippahs. The Customer Service to replace the yaga socks was excellent. Thank you."

"These socks serve their purpose and function well. I'm a woman's size 8 and these socks come up a little high on the ankle. I roll them down so they rest below the ankle. They have good grip for my sweaty feet. With regular socks I slide around. Sweaty feet embarrassment resolved."

"As a yoga instructor, I purchased these (at Target) so that while I am walking around the room during class I would still have my mat with me, so to speak. I didn't like the individual toes -- it felt thick and awkward. Wearing socks in yoga was just weird! It was a lilttle uncomfortable and distracting. Also, the sticky dots on the sole did not cover the entire ball of my foot (size 9 shoe), so it really didn't do much for me. I love Gaiam, but this product just didn't hit the mark for me."

Changed the Design

"I bought these to replace the gaiam yoga socks I have worn for so long that they finally had holes too big to ignore. What the description does not mention, and I couldn't really see on the picture, is that they have changed the design. These socks aren't regular socks with non-slip design on the bottom -- they have individual toes, which I hate. They're uncomfortable, take up too much room inside a shoe, and have too many rubbing points, which is distracting during practice.
Unfortunately, these will be going back. I just wish they still had the regular ones, I'd be buying those until I die. . ."
